Methodology
Hourly averages are computed from all snapshots within the 7-day rolling window. Each hour bucket contains roughly 42 snapshot points (6 per hour x 7 days). Hours with insufficient data return zero. The peak detection ignores zero-data hours to avoid skewing toward low-activity windows during data outages.
