6) Referral Program :
Referral program ; The 10% of discount of the Referral Program can be used to order a watch but that’s not valid to have free watch. It’s only valid for Watch (if someone use your 10% code, you get a free watch).
7) Availability & Size :
The MackSc.com delivery commitment is void in case of failure or non-compliance with lead times from its suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not due to MackSc.com.
In case of unavailability of a product, MackSc.com will inform the customer of such unavailability to the best of their ability as soon as possible.
8) Payment :
Payment methods accepted : PayPal, Debit Cards & Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card ).
9) Delivery and transport :
Products are sent to the delivery address given by the customer during the order process. MackSc.com delivers its products worldwide. The orders are sent from USA or China. The delivery time therefore depends on the customer’s country. Depending on the destination and local postal services, delivery may sometimes take more than two weeks. If the order takes a long time to arrive, it may mean that the delivery service has not found the address. In this case, the customer will have to wait for the package to be returned to Leo MackSc.com’s offices and MackSc.com will contact the customer for a new shipment or a refund of the order. No refund will be made, unless the legal delivery time is exceeded, without returning the package to MackSc.com’s offices. In the event that an order requires several deliveries, the shipping and transport are charged to the customer once per order. In case of delay by the carrier responsible, MackSc.com will not be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claims against MackSc.com of any nature whatsoever may be made. In case of return for incorrect sizing, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
TO NOTE :
MackSc.com does not book parcels in postal box and books no goods to a customer or minor under guardianship, unless written permission from parents or guardian is received.
10) Return and Refund policy :
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If you want to return the package due to the product quality, we will send you a new one without the need to return it.
Refunds after you placed your order :
Each order is sent within 24 hours after the order has been placed. You have 24h to make a refund request otherwise the order will be sent and we will have to wait to receive it back to our premises to make the refund
Method of refund :
Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order. Based on Stripe.com (the website who manage our payment), refund can take 5-10 days after we have made the refund request.
Product condition for a return/refund :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in its original pouch.

According to the law, the customer is obliged to notify (up to a period of one week after delivery) MackSc.com of defect or abnormality affecting the delivered goods to allow MackSc.com to rectify the complaint. If the customer does not comply with the above two requirements verification of goods and signaling their defects and anomalies, the customer loses the right to the guarantee.
